We are in our so-called Golden Years??. This makes us old enough to know better and yet young enough to take our chances.

Our family consists of  "Megan","Ike" and our canine friend and attention getter "Peter"

We witnessed many calamities in our lifetimes. Many could have been easily avoided.
Many where dumped on us by industry, governments local, provincial/state as well as federal )

You know as well as we do; Politicians always lead from behind!

We use our resources carefully and always with the future in mind.

Health wise; we have gone through many problems, some being our own fault, some being the fault of our medical professionals.

We did a lot of research in regards to helping us to maintain a decent and healthy standard of living. In the travels of the Internet we discovered many ways to help us to do so!

But as we also know; there is a lot of information out there to help us all to keep us from doing more harm to us.

Best of all, many of us know many of the so called old wives remedies that are more effective than the modern day standards.

We also found that there are many modalities available to maintain a decent healthy live. Such as; herbs, minerals, aroma therapy, mental attitute, frequency healing, and the list goes on. We will discuss the different modalities later on.

We also found out that the information that we learn in our institutions of learning "is not complete". We believe the reason being, that there are forces (human) that  do not want people know on how to become a FREE individual.

There is a saying; "The TRUTH shall set you free". Believe us, there is more truth to that statement than one may want to believe.

So, as you can see, we looked and found many truths through the internet and by
participating in different forums. As well as meeting people that honestly impressed
us of their way of doing things.

Personally we came through the ranks, up to the teaching and nursing professions.
